Dior reinvented its Capture Skin Collection with Oxygeno-Collagen technology with anti-aging capabilities. The brand taped Charlize Theron to face the new campaign and promote the new serum and day cream.

 

Bath & Body Works prepares for Valentine’s Day with a new partnership and collection with Sweethearts Candy. It features a new limited-edition “4-Ever Sweet’” scent, reminiscent of Sweethearts candy hearts and a large variety of SKUs. 

 

CES 2025 featured two Beauty Packaging Top Companies and new beauty tech. L’Oréal introduced a portable skin test device called the L’Oreal Cell BioPrint. AmorePacific was named an Innovation Honoree for its generative AI-based makeup application, “Wanna-Beauty AI.” Also, a new haircare brand from South Korea, Grabity, debuted its Liftmax 308 technology for hair loss and thinning. 

 

L’Oreal faces six class action lawsuits that have been filed against CeraVe and L’Oréal involving allegations that benzoyl peroxide acne treatments contained high levels of benzene. The JPML will decide whether or not to consolidate and centralize the lawsuits. 

 

British actor Nicholas Calitzine joined Armani Beauty as its new Global Fragrance Ambassador. “The Idea of You” is his first campaign and features the brand’s Stronger With You Parfum.
