TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, has agreed to acquire Veritiv Containers. Veritiv Containers is a national distributor of custom and stock rigid packaging solutions for the personal care, food and beverage, wine and spirits, care, nutraceutical, and industrial markets.
Veritiv Containers was previously known as All American Containers and its facilities are located across North America.
Court Carruthers, president and CEO, TricorBraun, said,

Veritiv Containers’ leadership team will remain with TricorBraun and all dedicated team members will be offered positions with the company.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025. Once the closing is complete, Veritiv Containers will operate as TricorBraun.
