Kiehl’s apothecary skincare owned by L’Oreal has partnered with Instacart, North America’s leading grocery technology company to launch same-day delivery from all 58 Kiehl’s stores across the U.S.
This follows the successful Canadian launch earlier this year and expands Instacart’s offerings of beauty and skincare products to include Kiehl’s full lineup of skin and hair care products. Customers can have Kiehl’s face moisturizers, toners, serums, shampoo and conditioner delivered in as fast as an hour.
“Kiehl’s launch on Instacart in Canada has been very well received by customers, and we are thrilled to now expand across the United States and make our scientifically advanced products available at in-store prices – just in time for the holiday season,” said VP of retail stores, sales and operations at Kiehl’s Kelly Johnson. “Instacart is the key technology partner in enhancing out omnichannel strategy, providing customers easy ways to access their favorite products with helpful functions such as Instacart’s auto-order feature, which makes it easy to schedule deliveries for frequently used products like shampoo and serums.”
