The second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs continues Tuesday with a pair of Game 5s. The Indiana Pacers, up 3-1, have the chance to eliminate the Cleveland Cavaliers and become the first team to reach this year’s conference finals. The Oklahoma City Thunder host the Denver Nuggets in the nightcap with their series tied, 2-2.
The New York Knicks and Minnesota Timberwolves took 3-1 series leads on Monday night. The Knicks made another comeback against the Boston Celtics to push the defending champs to the brink of elimination, and the C’s also saw superstar Jayson Tatum go down with a lower leg injury late in the game.
In San Francisco, the Wolves won their third straight game as the Warriors struggled again without Stephen Curry. The Knicks and Wolves will both try to advance on Wednesday.
