C-Care, an independent U.S. contract manufacturer, and Meadow, a Swedish technology startup, joined forces to bring ultra-lightweight aluminum to the HPC market.
By investing in filling capacity for the Meadow Kapsul, C-Care becomes the first co-packer in the U.S. to build capacity for this disruptive circular technology.
Gaurav Ajwani, CEO & President of C Care said,
“Personal Care industry is hungry for sustainable & green packaging solutions for obvious reasons, but our industry is also craving to continuously enhance the end-user experience. The Meadow Kapsul technology fulfills both the above goals uniquely in a comprehensive manner. We are excited to competitively scale this disruptive technology within the US given our unique background in scaling similar disruptive packaging through our parent company Tubex and our superior filling expertise at C Care.”
While still in the prototyping phase, The Meadow Kapsul received international attention for its unique intuitive design, accumulating impressive recognitions and awards at global packaging trade shows & design events.

The Meadow Kapsul comes with a pre-fill solution that is ready to use – just like buying a new product. Once the can is empty, it’s recycled and back on the shelf in an average of 60 days.
The Meadow Kapsul reduces raw material consumption and lightens the can by eliminating the traditional pull tab. The result is a mess-free, premium experience for consumers and an affordable circular solution for brands to drive circularity at scale.
The new line is expected to be active in the market by 2025 and marks the beginning of the Meadow Kapsul filling footprint in the U.S.
